Our Sparkling Brut comes to us all the way from Healdsburg, CA. Our Sparkling Wines are bottled using the traditional Methode Champenoise. This process allows the last stage of fermentation to take place in the bottle. This is the same process used in the Champagne region of France to produce Champagne. This Brut has tiny little bubbles which make this light dry sparkling wine perfect for beginning the evening and celebrating!

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will.
